I See You

This is the first painting that I have posted in a month, but I've lost track of how many I am working on. I started this one in Sugar Tree, Tennessee, while visiting and painting with my first love. lolol I actually met him in Margie Bell's art class. She was the head of Dury's Art Department in Nashville back in the 60's and she taught private painting classes in her home. Bob and I were in High School at the time but he went to Overton and I went to Hillwood, so I doubt that we would have met had it not been for Margie's class. The photo reference used for this painting was taken by another friend of his when they were out and saw this owl that needed rescuing. They managed to get the pic before the owl flew off.  Photo used with permission.  Price listed includes frame.
