Testing the Water

So much fun, strolling the beach, looking for reference material to take back to the studio for painting at a later date.  Working on these paintings brings back all the wonderful memories of the times I have spent gathering these photos, the scents, the wind, the warmth of the sun.  And who doesn't look at the children playing on the beach and remember back to their early years and time spent doing those same things.   Chicken soup for the soul. The image in this painting  is 6" x 8" and the framed size is 13" x 15" x 1.5" and is ready to hang.
